Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within North America, specifically Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship to other locations at this time.

Shipping Providers: We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order is handled with care. Our primary shipping providers are Canada Post and Chit Chats, known for their reliability and efficient service.

Shipping Timeframes

We make every effort to process and ship your orders promptly. Our standard shipping timeframes are as follows:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.
  • Shipping Time: Shipping times may vary based on your location. Generally, standard shipping within Canada takes approximately 9-12 business days. Please note that during peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, shipping times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs: You can view the shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, so be sure to check our promotions for any ongoing offers.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure that your order reaches you on time, please be aware that occasional shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier service disruptions. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and minimize any inconveniences.

Lost or Stolen Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team at info@tisweaves.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue and, if necessary, initiating a claim with the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns Overview

Here at TisWeaves, we care about your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you’re not content with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with a hassle-free return process.

Return Window: Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Any Sanitary Products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

To start a return, please contact us at info@tisweaves.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of 15-30 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final purchases and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us your query from contact us page and someone will get in touch with you for the next steps.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
